It feels like it’s time for the first flash fiction prompt of 2025. January is doing it’s finest rendition of gloom and the holidays already seem like a distant memory. The promise of spring is still a way off but the days are inching ever longer and the cold still means I can still live my best blanket life.
So for the first prompt of the year let’s go with the classic; one word, one photo. Use both as inspiration to craft a story of up to 1000 words.
